We are delighted to showcase our collaboration with acclaimed designer Tolu Adẹ̀kọ́, a master of storytelling through interior transformation. This year at Decorex, London's premier design event, Martin was invited by Tolu to contribute to his vision for the extraordinary Palomino VIP Lounge - an immersive, multi-room exclusive member's club, that redefines contemporary luxury.
At the heart of this collaboration are two new sculptural plaster floor light pieces, and the elegant Lucie Plaster Chandelier, designed and crafted by Martin Huxford. Celebrating heritage, craftsmanship, and artistry, the partnership between Martin Huxford and Tolu Adẹ̀kọ́ showcases a shared appreciation for sculptural form and refined detail.
The new Olympia white plaster floor lamp features dynamic, tapered bases with bold geometric angles, contrasted by textured bowls embellished with simple medallion motifs - an elegant balance of structure and tactile softness. An exciting collaboration between Martin Huxford and Tolu Adẹ̀kọ́.
Martin's elegant new Delphos floor lamp reveals a rich, delicately textured dark surface, which ends in a flowing asymmetric base. Martin took inspiration from the iconic pleated Delphos Gown by Fortuny, a groundbreaking couture design in 1909. The Delphos Lamp captures the organic flowing movement of the pleated material and the stylistic simplicity of the gown, expressed in the lamp's elegant form and the refined detailing of the exquisite hand created surface.
Within the setting of Tolu Adẹ̀kọ́'s luxurious Decorex Palomino VIP Lounge, Martin's lighting pieces bring a sense of timeless modernity and poetic craftsmanship, illuminating the space with character and quiet drama.
