The feature Cissbury Plaster Floor Lamp - A unique sculptural floor light

The contemporary sculptural silhouette of the Cissbury floor lamp creates an eye catching atmospheric light feature. The elegantly tapered column pierces the downward curved bowl to gently illuminate the space, spilling light along the textured stem.

Each unique Cissbury plaster floor lamp is sculpted to order, and embodies Martin’s atmospheric sculptural aesthetic, with its combination of simplified organic shapes and evocative hand applied texture.

With a height of 200cm, the bold, simple silhouette of the Cissbury floor lamp creates a compelling light feature, softened by the distinctive hand created tactile surface.

Martin’s inspiration for the sculpture is taken from the distinctive local Sussex chalk landscape, in particular the profile of the celebrated Cissbury Ring, an ancient Neolithic landmark. Each Cissbury floor lamp is a unique sculpture, handbuilt to order at Martin’s Sussex studio.
