Martin’s re-imagining of the much loved traditional English hall lantern introduces a clarity and purity of form, distinguished by hand sculpted textural detail. With a design rooted in the neo classical manor house style, the simplified and repeated shapes of the Kingston Lantern suggest a monumental ancient architecture of columns and arches.

The simple minimalism of Martin’s design is softened and transformed by the texture of his hand sculpted plaster, introducing a unique tactility and warmth to the lantern design.
